Sometimes the simplest things are also the most ingenious. We’re loving this showstopping shortcut to the best dipping oil around. The textured stoneware dish is designed for grating cloves of garlic; just add seasonings and oil, wait a bit for the flavors to meld, then bring out the baguettes! Our Grate & Plate is hand-built from stoneware clay in collaboration with Hester’s Studio. It’s also ideal for grating ginger, lemongrass, turmeric, and hard cheeses.
