Ramp Fest

Ramp Fest is a town-wide celebration welcoming the arrival of spring in the Sullivan Catskills. Presented by The Farmhouse Project and Black Walnut, this inaugural event brings together farmers, foragers, artisans, gardeners, and local food and beverage businesses for a full day of seasonal inspiration and community connection.

Guests can enjoy a foraging talk by Steven Schwartz of Delaware Valley Ramps, a live demonstration by foraging expert Laura Silverman of The Outside Institute, gardening lectures, a spring-themed artisan market featuring plant vendors and regional makers, live music, children’s activities, and a community baking contest with special guest judges. Local restaurants and businesses will offer special ramp-inspired dishes and cocktails throughout the day.

Rooted in agriculture, creativity, and a shared love of gathering at the table, Ramp Fest is an invitation to celebrate the season together.
