A unique dining experience celebrating land, food, community and the Catskills.

Welcome to Terrain & Table, a monthly (socially distant) dinner series hosted by the gentlemen of sustainable lifestyle brand The Farmhouse Project, where community and cuisine come together in the Catskills for a unique source-to-supper experience.

This is a celebration of the region’s farms and fresh ingredients paired with diverse cuisines and an idyllic countryside setting. Every dinner will transport you to a new outdoor destination – different chef, different venue, different menu – as global flavors are brought to a local scale. With experiences unique to each secluded location, such as live band performances, nature walks, and learning about agriculture from a local farmer, a Terrain & Table evening will always be delightful but never the same.

You’re invited to come gather around the harvest tables to clink glasses and break bread with new neighbors and friends and get to know the local community. Scroll down for our monthly calendar and ticket sales.

Stay Tuned: The dinner calendar for our 2021 season will launch in early spring.

All Terrain & Table dinners are rain or shine. We have a tent on reserve for every dinner and monitor the forecast leading up to the event. Be sure to check the weather and dress appropriately.

The beauty of our dinners are the unique outdoor locations in natural terrain. Please dress accordingly and remember to wear comfortable footwear. Depending on location elevation, it often gets chilly in the evening so we recommend packing a light jacket or blanket to keep you warm and comfortable. We always anticipate for a picture perfect sunny day, and recommend you bring a hat and/or sunglasses as needed along with proper sunscreen. Guests do tend to dress up a little for our events, but jeans and casual attire are not out of place.

The ticket price does include a complimentary welcome beverage during the reception and wine pairings for dinner. We also offer non-alcoholic beverages at all dinners. For your safety, we suggest having a designated driver or car service reserved to get you home safely.

Each dinner uses the freshest ingredients of the season from local farmers throughout the region. That being said, our chefs design the menu in the days leading up to the event and only revealed at the table.
