Gardenia Naturally Dyed Dinner Napkins – Set of 4

$53.00

We teamed up with our dear friend Annie Cadden from Fisher Cat Fiber again to collaborate on seasonal naturally dyed linens with a vibrant color palette.

Gardenia jasminoides, Rubiaceae over-dyed with Eastern American Black Walnut, Juglans nigra

Gardenia, is a genus of flowering plants in the coffee family, Rubiaceae. It has a wealth of health benefits as well as contains crocin, the chemical that gives saffron its yellow hue. This one-time, limited edition linen is created by first dyeing with gardenia fruit and then over-dyeing with black walnuts harvested from our property. Together they create this lovely toffee color, which look great alone or can be perfectly matched with our other linens. Shawn then hand screen-prints our signature monogram logo to the back of each napkin. Our table linen collection truly embraces our “rescue, repurpose, recycle” philosophy. An elegant and sustainable alternative to paper napkins and perfect for all of your seasonal entertaining.

The beauty of screen printing and natural dying is that each napkin will have variations in color and shade.
